My Summer Arms Blast (arm workouts with weights)
This is one of my favorite arm workouts with weights and I like to call it

The Summer Blast.  As I’m writing this blog post it’s officially the first day of summer and it’s time to get that beach ready body.

One of the favorite things I like about this arm workout is that you’ll only need a pair of dumbbells and also it’s loaded with metabolic compound exercises instead of just strictly isolation exercises.

The reason compound exercises are superior to the old fashioned isolation exercises is they’ll recruit more muscles to complete the movement and place a heavier metabolic load on the body.  And that basically means that this isn’t just any arm workouts with weights but it’s going to burn fat by building lean muscle all over your body.

Way too many personal trainers give you the blanket statement that spot reduction is a myth and when I hear somebody say this I quickly think they haven’t done their research.  Somebody probably just told them this or they read it in some fitness magazine.

But if you look at the research it is statistically possible to spot reduce fat on your body but the main problem is it’s pretty darn difficult.  So instead of just isolating one muscle group and doing it the hard way we’re instead going to focus on isolating the arms while also using other muscle groups to maximize our fat burning.

All you’re going to

Gladiator Workout For Extraordinary Flabby Loss

We’re going for the gold with this gladiator workout and my goal is to get you on the track for extreme fat loss with it.  I wanted to do an official follow-up to the Spartacus Workout that I created before and thought this would be the perfect sequel to the original fat burning workout.

I first hit inspiration to create this gladiator workout routine after watching the film starring Russell Crowe on TV.  It has to be one of my all time favorite movies and I remember watching it non-stop when I first picked it up on DVD a few years ago.

But make no mistakes about it, even though this workout is inspired by a movie named Gladiator it’s still going to be intense.  Extreme fat loss is going to be the goal with this workout and it’s so intense that I wouldn’t do this kind of a workout every single day of the week.

In fact, I would only do this gladiator workout at a maximum twice a week.  I would try to do it on Monday and Thursday if you’re planning on doing it twice per week.  Also check out

What Food Items To Consume To Lose Belly Fat

When it comes to nutrition and knowing exactly what foods to eat to lose belly fat I’ve found most people don’t have a clue.

And that doesn’t mean I’ve always known, I used to eat everything bad under the sun and you would shake your head if you saw what I eat on my cheat days.

Most of the people who I talk too that are trying to lose belly fat claim that they know what they should be eating but they just don’t do it.

I have to agree that most people don’t actually eat the foods to lose belly belly fat but they also don’t really know what they should be eating.

When I ask them about their diets and what they’re feeding their bodies, it’s pretty much the opposite.  They’ll skip breakfast, eat a ton of fruit, refined carbohydrates, diet sodas and they’ll think it has the appearance of a healthy belly fat burning diet.

But I always have to be honest with them and tell them they don’t know what they’re talking about…but I’ll tell them in a nice way :)

I remember when I thought I was eating “healthy” but I was actually eating a ton of junk.  Even a lot of the nutrition sources that I researched didn’t really give many specifics and even some of the stuff they recommend now I’ll shake my head at.

So I wanted to help you throw some of your junk food out the window for good and give you a list of foods to eat to lose belly fat.

Let’s get started.
17 Foods To Eat To Lose Belly Fat

Avocados – rich in monounsaturated fats along with a ton of fiber, both of which are linked to burning belly fat.
Almonds – help keep you slim by keeping your stomach full. I recommend eating a handful or two of almonds daily but don’t go wild with them.
Berries – strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. are packed with fiber and antioxidants, but watch out for the sugar-loaded jams and jellies out there.
Eggs – loaded with vitamin B12 which is what your body uses to metabolize fat and a recent research study found those who

Chocolate Bars For The Purpose Of Weight-loss

Chocolate For Weight Loss? Yahooooo!
In this post I’m going to give you the real deal when it comes to chocolate for weight loss and my goal by the end of this post is to give you with a clear idea on whether or not you should be consuming it in your nutrition program.  In recent years there has been a lot of new coverage with the media telling us that chocolate was good for us, but they usually leave out one important thing.

See there’s a huge difference between processed sugary chocolate and it’s raw state cocoa also known as cacao.  The tasty and delicious chocolate that most of us are familiar with is the same one that’s loaded up with sugar and milk.

But the chocolate that is actually good for us is the unprocessed ground cocoa beans that are preferably in raw form.  If you’re used to eating the traditional Hershey’s chocolate then you’ll be shocked at the lack of taste in cocoa.  I was a little taken back when I first tried it but now I’ve grown use to the flavor and really like it.

To give you a little background on cocoa beans they were more revered than gold to the Mayans and the Aztecs.  They would use the cocoa beans for money!

One of the big reasons why chocolate for weight loss is so effective is because of the naturally occurring antioxidants it contains.  Research by Cornell University found the antioxidants in cocoa are 2x’s stronger than red wine and 2-3x’s stronger than green tea.

They found the polyphenols, natural organic chemicals, in cocoa have been found to promote cardiovascular, skin and brain health as well.  This is mostly due to epicatechin which is highly present in the cocoa bean and there’s
